采用冷冻浇注和添加造孔剂2种方法制备了不同孔形貌和孔隙率的多孔PZT压电陶瓷,系统研究了不同孔形貌和孔隙率对多孔PZT陶瓷的传感性能影响。结果表明:在多孔陶瓷中,压电电荷系数d33随孔隙率增加的下降速度比介电常数εr缓慢,使得多孔陶瓷压电传感性能较致密陶瓷得到大幅提高。此外,添加造孔剂法制备的随机多孔陶瓷d33与冷冻浇注制备得到的取向多孔陶瓷相比下降更显著,因此取向多孔陶瓷具有更高的传感输出电压,在8 N外力作用下,孔隙率为55.9%(体积分数)的取向多孔陶瓷达到了最高84 V的输出电压。本研究有助于了解多孔特性对压电陶瓷的传感性能影响,并为制备具有高压电系数的传感器件提供新的思路。

为提高柔性可穿戴传感器的电信号输出能力, 设计并制备了以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为基体, 锆钛酸铅(PZT)为压电相的0-3型压电复合材料。探究了不同固相含量对浆料流变性能的影响。结果表明, 浆料的粘度与剪切模量随银修饰PZT质量分数(w(PZT))的增加而增加, w(PZT)=38%时浆料屈服点为398.1 Pa, 具有最优的可打印性。在电信号测试中, 经银修饰样品最大电压峰-峰可达20.54 V, 约为未经银修饰样品最大电压峰-峰值的5倍。弯曲测试中, 在长度之差ΔL=7 cm时, 样品电压峰-峰值为55 mV, 证明样品具备柔性传感性能。

The importance of tunable subwavelength optical devices in modern electromagnetic and photonic systems is indisputable. Herein, a lithography-free, wide-angle, and reconfigurable subwavelength optical device with high tunability operating in the near-infrared regions is proposed and experimentally demonstrated, based on a reversible nanochemistry approach. The reconfigurable subwavelength optical device basically comprises an ultrathin copper oxide (CuO) thin film on an optical thick gold substrate by utilizing the reversible chemical conversion of CuO to sulfides upon exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas. Proof-of-concept experimental results show that the maximal modulation depth of reflectance can be as high as 90% at the wavelength of 1.79 μm with the initial thickness of CuO taken as 150 nm. Partially reflected wave calculations combined with the transfer matrix method are employed to analytically investigate the optical properties of the structure, which show good agreement with experimental results. We believe that the proposed versatile approaches can be implemented for dynamic control management, allowing applications in tunable photonics, active displays, optical encryption, and gas sensing.

Abstract
It is found that application of Retinex color constancy algorithm in machine vision can weaken light interference on printing chromatic aberration. We propose a new method of fusion of Weighted Least Squares and Multi-Scale Retinex in the L*a*b* color space for the purpose of further enhancing the degree of recovery of prints colors. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested against experiments on images of the same original print acquired in different illuminants. The method exhibits a good application prospect in machine vision in virtue of its great color consistency capability in maintaining the color of the original print.
